First off, what is a PVA account? PVA is the craigslist acronym commonly known as Phone Verified Account. Phone verified accounts (or PVAs) are accounts that have been phone verified for an extra added spam protection on Craigslist. They make you phone verify your craigslist account because either your ip address has been softblocked on Craigslist as a spamming ip address, or you have been softblocked for various reasons which I’m not going to list right about now.
